Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
To all our customers,
I wanted to update you personally on how Silwood Facilities is managing the current COVID 19 Pandemic.
The health and well-being of all of our staff, customers and suppliers will continue to be our main focus and objective. We will continue to follow all advice issued from Public Health England and the Government, as well as looking at our individual circumstances making sure we are doing as much as we can, to support your business through what is an unprecedented time.
As a business, we are fully functional and committed to supporting key infrastructure in the UK.
We have reviewed our service delivery works programmes making sure all staff are working over two metres apart., and in addition wearing relevant PPE where applicable. Our admin support teams are working remotely and are available during office hours for existing and new client enquires.
Our H&S policies have been thoroughly reviewed and will now include a risk assessment with all works with reference to the COVID 19 situation.
Our management teams are reviewing all orders, on an individual basis, which allows us to assess the risk involved, making sure that the safety of our staff and clients are at the forefront of everything we do. If your company has a requirement, our team will be with you through every step of the process, making sure all works can be carried out within the Government COVID 19 Strategy.
